Firehouse Que & Brew

I've only gone twice and both times the food was quickly prepared. No hassle. I truly enjoyed the Mac n fries with pulled pork. It was devine. I loved the play in textures a flavours. The crispy fresh fries took me by surprise because I usually have soft mushy fries from other spots. But this one was super filling and delightful.

Another staple place of mine in fallbrook. Usually come on Friday’s for my self dubbed “Firehouse Friday’s” and either get the pulled pork sandwich, fried chicken sandwich, or the smash burger. All fantastic choices. The pulled pork is tender and melts in your mouth. The friend chicken has three spice levels with Buffalo being my favorite, the Nashville definitely has a big kick! The smash burger is a classic that is built very well and will not leave you still hungry after. For sides it’s usually fries or the fried okra which comes with a nice side sauce. Their BBQ sauces are nice with three choices: Classic, sweet, and spicy. The sweet hits so well with the smokiness of the meats and the spicy will give you a nice heat that resonates for a little while.

Delicious BBQ with an amazing menu to choose from. Wanted to try it all but went with pulled pork platter. The mash potatoes are amazing! Service was fast even though there was a line. We loved eating outside in their heated patio (it was chilly the night we went). The bar area has lots of great on tap and homemade drink options. Staff were all very friendly and looks like a popular neighborhood spot where folks gather to have fun, relax, and enjoy one another a company.
