FireHouse Gastro Park

I love how restaurants now find clever ways to take French fries and deck them out to make a side dish a main entrée. The Dirty Bird fries at this place was so good that I can’t say enough about them. They are fries topped with Nashville Hot chicken, slaw, pickles, and some type of special sauce and they don’t disappoint one bit. You can take any of their chicken sandwiches and turn them into salads or loaded fries. The atmosphere at this place is great. If you want coffee they have a coffee shop if you want an adult beverage they have a bar, if you want a very modern place to hang out with the occasional live band then you will find this place enjoyable.

To keep this as short as possible, this place is AMAZING. I live pretty far from FireHouse, but it was worth the drive. I love that the space is massive & offers a variety of options depending on what you’re doing there. I met up with friends to study, so we sat in their café area, but we were also able to grab food from the restaurant side. Later, my boyfriend joined after work & he grabbed a drink at the bar. I love the versatility along with how serene the space was. We were studying during the lunch rush, but the café area was still calm & we were able to focus. I will definitely be coming back here! Oh yeah, the food & coffee are also so good! I HIGHLY recommend the nashville hot chicken fries. They’re the best thing I’ve eaten in a while.

Nice seating options and really cool spaces. 10/10 will be coming again ???? The food was great and look at how many chocolate chips they put in the cookie! ????
