Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

To begin I would like to state that I have never written a review especially a negative one; however, after eating here I felt obligated to. I get things happen people have bad days but this is inexcusable. I ordered a 12oz Ribeye and was expecting a pretty decently thick, delectable, and juicy one considering the price was $32… unfortunately this is what I received, bummed to say the least the picture does not do the size justice as this thing was not even the thickness of a flank steak. I got a side of vegetables all of which were undercooked. Still trying to figure out if this is some kind of sick joke, to end I will state that my experience was nothing more than an overpriced Applebees.

Nice restaurant at North lake mall. Great steaks, salmon, salads burgers, soup. I had the baby back ribs. My wife had a salad with grilled salmon. Service slightly slow but good. Tortilla soup was excellent. Parking: Free mall parking

This review is for Firebirds restaurant which is located just inside the northlake Mall in North Carolina. We were quickly greeted by a mast hostess who status in a booth which is what we requested and given menus promptly. Although I don't know the name of our server she was absolutely fantastic polite and very professional took our drink water right away and then came back to explain the daily specials and asked us if there was anything that we needed and gave us a few minutes to look over the menus. I ordered nachos with lobster queso and spinach came out very quickly and was absolutely hot fresh and delicious. I personally ordered a Caesar salad and requested extra croutons and paid additional for a piece of grilled sliced Chicken on top and we also ordered a cheeseburger with french fries. All made new items came out relatively quickly as ordered fresh delicious on clean plates everything was perfect our waitress I wish I knew her name because she checked on us often but not enoug
