Filiberto's Mexican Food

My previous post was removed because the owner complained.. so I will post it again. My wife and I went to eat and both our food was cold.. I simply asked for them to warm it up.. I didn't ask for them to remake it.. The photos are what we got back.. I could sue if I want to.. instead I Am choosing to simply say I would not recommend this place.. I had been going here for 10 years and it is not the same..

Literally every single time I go they get my order completely wrong. I went in today to ask for it to be made correctly because I’m tired of spending so much money for food I didn’t ask for. I asked for no pico at least 5 times and still got pico in my burrito. They acted like I was lying until I literally gave them the burrito back cut open. Not to mention the adobada used to be delicious now it’s extremely spicy out of no where. Never going back.

Horrible experience. They can't hear right and they don't talk clearly and they were wearing masks and there was a loud truck in front of us and the next thing we know we are a full-on battle fighting with them on what we ordered and it became clearly such a problem that we finally just gave back what we didn't order and they kept the money horrible horrible horrible customer service. The long haired girl became quite combative and we will never go there again except for to get our money back
