Fiesta Azteca on Hwy 192

I've visited Fiesta Azteca a few times per year over the past 20 years. I've only eaten at the Melbourne location off Route 192. The restaurant is easy to spot and easy to access if you're heading westbound. During his visit, I ordered the dos enchiladas meal, which comes with refried beans, rice and of course, chips and salsa. I've never had a bad experience here, and the prices are more than fair. As for taste, nothing really stands out from other Mexican restaurants, but nothing is bad either. That's not a slight in any way. It just seems like many restaurants get their food from the same source, because it tastes remarkably similar. Other things go into the overall experience. Parking is available, the staff was pleasant and the food arrived quickly. I definitely plan to re-visit.

Service was ok, the chicken inside my flautas was very dry and and it seems like the chicken was sitting on the refrigerator for at least 3 days tastes old, and the oil also seems old my husband wasn’t happy with his food either, and he loves Mexican food, this one was a bit of disappointed.

The food is always fast and amazing! The staff is lovely and the atmosphere is kind of what you want in a Mexican restaurant. My favorite is the 192 location, but really all the locations are great.
