Ferro Pizza and Restaurant

Picked up pizza and garlic rolls but the pizza crust seemed old. It was really hard to bite into, kinda like day old pizza re-heated. The garlic rolls were soft which was good, but not much garlic or oil on them….kinda dry. I had to add my own garlic butter mix at home. Probably won’t go back there.

Your receptionist staff speaks highly of your business on first impression for a new customer. Unfortunately, they missed the mark tremendously. My first time ordering, I was not greeted. (Only by a person in the back waving hello) I gave my name for a take out order, paid… there was a random pizza on the counter.. no mention if it was mine or not (others were waiting) and that was it. I asked if my order was ready, the lady snapped and said it was mine with an attitude. I told her, you know, it would’ve been nice if you would’ve told me that. The receptionist staff was more concerned about gossiping than helping customers. The pizza is great, but customer service leaves much to be desired, I will not be coming back.
