The meat in the burritos we bought was very, very dry and tasted awful. NOT going back.
First time here..menudi is spicy. The person behind counter offered to swap plate. I returned thenplate he threw it in the trash behind register, with an attitude. Then followed "we always nake the same and you are the first person to complain, its Mexican Menudo" first of all, i am Mexican, we make Menudo several times a year, and its never spicy. 2nd of all, the way he threw the food away in feint of customers was bad. 3rd...his tone, very defensive...HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Im reporting this to Federicos Corporate, too. Now i understand why such bad rating.
