The Federal Galley food hall and restaurant accelerator features four unique restaurant concepts. As of April 2023 they house Salute (Pub Fare), Shaka (Hawaiian), Driven (Deep Dish Pizza) and Given To Fly (Chicken) . These businesses are able to go rent free and Federal Galley helps in building their brands and encourages their future success in the industry. What an incredible concept! QR codes on the tables will lead you to the menu. Grab your own water and 21+ drinks or order non-alcoholic drinks from your favorite restaurant.
Like Bakery Square, this place is a cafeteria style dining hall, where patrons can order from multiple different vendors (Detroit style pizza, pub fare, Hawaiian poke, burgers) as well as drink craft beer and cocktails from the bar. The staff is really nice, but the food we had wasn't spectacular. Come for the vibes & casual atmosphere (aka to watch football) and the drinks rather than the food, and you'll be super happy!
After my initial confusion of this general area died down it was fine. We tried I believe mojo(?). The food was fine. The service was good! The young man behind the counter was very excited about his job haha. Which is great! I did find all of these places to be a little pricey but I guess that's what you get in these areas.
