The kitchen had just closed and the store had shut down and closed out the register. Despite this, Cecilio was able to bring great customer service to the table and provided me with a few drinks and such as an apology for not being able to serve me. Will return again and thank you for the understanding, empathy and foodie smiles. ????
We dined in and Lucas was our order taker and delivery person. He has amazing customer service skills. He was attentive the whole time. He even remembered who ordered what food. You can’t teach that level of service. 5 stars!!!
Lucas did an amazing job serving us tonight. The meal was wonderful and it truly didn't feel like fast food. The New York style cheesecake was delicious and the breadsticks were nice and soft. (Restaurant #5935)
