Fazoli's

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE NIGHT MANAGER. Usually, Fazoli's is my favorite place to eat...but not this time. First of all, I called ahead to place my order but was hung up on! Intentionally! The guy on the phone was so rude and apparently thought I wouldn't make it in before they closed, so he just hung up while I was speaking. Well, like I tried to tell him, I was basically right outside. So, twenty minutes before close, I was inside and placed my order. The manager, whose name was Cory, (I asked and was very rudely answered) was so awful. I decided I needed to leave this review right then because of how I was being treated so I started walking around taking photos. He asked me why and I told him I was planning on leaving a review. He tried to be intimidating and tell me to stop, but I didn't. I haven't been treated so disrespectful at a restaurant before. That's not even including the fact that the place was filthy. Chloe and Ana were absolutely amazing! They shared so many good suggestions with us, and they made sure we were getting the best deal possible. They were very attentive and we were filled to the brim with breadsticks :) all of the food was steaming hot, fresh, and delicious! Everyone was incredibly upbeat and kind, and the atmosphere overall was very welcoming. I highly recommend eating at this Fazoli’s! 10/10!
