Fazoli's

UPDATED REVIEW: I came in because I was craving the breadsticks. I saw a sign with a new menu item... lobster mac & cheese. Now, I know what you're thinking... "Lobster back & cheese at Fazoli's..?" But, I have to say, I was very impressed, and not just for it being offered here. It was baked and is very flavorful, with chunks of actual lobster in it. They served it with freshly grated cheese on top. I have to say, they are really stepping up their game. Also, the restaurant was nice and clean. Service was fast and friendly. All around, awesome. Original 4-star review: As far as Fazoli's goes, this location was decent. The food was actually pretty good, seemed freshly prepared and came out nice and hot. I customized my dish to add veggies and they were more than willing to accommodate my request. The brewed sweet tea was actually good too. Service was friendly and quick. The only down side to the experience was that most of the tables were dirty and it was still early into

I normally order through the drive through and 9 times out of 10 get my order correct. Last time we ate in the dinning area really needed cleaned.

Flatbread pizza was sad. Manager made a new one so that made up for it. Lasagna was terrible too. Worst was the cleanliness. Dirty dishes everywhere, restrooms were out of toilet paper and paper towels. Restrooms were also dirty and smelled awful. Think I'm done with Fazoli's.
