This was my first time back in about 15 years. The alfredo sauce was still disappointing, which is the only reason for the lower rating. Alfredo sauce is supposed to be made with butter, heavy cream, and parmesan and should be luscious. Fazoli's version is oddly artificial in both taste and appearance. Neither of us ate even half our dinners. I've never tried their other dishes, which must be good, considering how much they sell. I just don't recommend any dish with their alfredo. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean. Prices are reasonable. Free refills on drinks. Parking seemed ample. We didn't visit the restrooms. The drive-through line gets VERY long at supper time, so much so that they've blocked off one of the exits from the parking lot to prevent cars backing up on the street. Kid-friendliness: Kids love spaghetti.
