Faustino's Pizza

The pizza is good. I understand having to wait for good pizza. I don’t understand why I had to call 1/2 hour after the 1 hour 15 minute estimated delivery time to inquire (politely, I might add) and being told “he’s got it out for delivery now.” I further don’t understand having to wait another 20 minutes, inquiring again and being told that it would be on its way soon. I even FURTHER don’t understand calling some time after THAT only to be told oh, our POS system doesn’t give accurate wait times. So why are you giving me times that you know are inaccurate? I canceled the order and she couldn’t have cared less. The poor kid showed up finally, he had no idea that I’d canceled. I didn’t take the pizza. Come on people. And stop chiding everyone who leaves honest but negative reviews, shaming them for complaining publicly. I was dismissed when I (perfectly politely) contacted you about this directly. You’re responsible for the poor service. You’re responsible for sending out burned pizza.

Faustino's pizza is the most" pizzalicious" you will ever have!! Our deep dish was filled with lots of gooey cheese, sausage and sweet tasting sauce on top of an excellent pizza crust!! Totally worth our drive from Michigan to enjoy our number one pizza!! We even took several par-baked pizzas back with us to enjoy until our next visit. Hats off to Lori and the team for making Faustino's so GREAT!!!!!
