Farnsworth - Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

The deep dish pizza is SO good. It'd been a long time since we had Lou Malnatis pizza, we saw they opened this location. Excellent food as always.

Delicious and well cooked as I remember it from years past. Unfortunately it arrived warm, not hot, and soggy, even with uncut. It simply took too long to get it here. Maybe too many stops or maybe something else. Hopefully they address this issue. I had to rebook everything to get the cheese melt and the crust crisped up.

I had ordered a Large deep dish Chicago classic and it was our first time ever ordering from this pizzeria . When I arrived to the house the pizza was watery and the sausage didn’t look like it was cooked all the way through and was just a big slab of meat . Unfortunately the family was hungry so we had no choice than to eat it . We even tried to put pizza in the microwave to see if the meat would cook a little bit but it did no justice . We are very upset and disappointed by being first time customers and having a very bad experience. If I can give this 0 stars I would .
