As a celiac traveling, being able to get food where ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS are immediately visible, was frankly amazing. Got the Turkey Cobb, after 12 hours of trains/planes/terminals where I had nothing other than apples, yogurts and KIND bars (as the airline lost the special meal request... again). Quality was akin to many restaurant salads. I wish I could have returned the jar, that's a neat feature. Dietary restrictions: Had celiac friendly food.
