I waited for my food for over an hour and ended up getting a refund. The wait time is ridiculous, and there weren’t that many people there. I was one of 4 people (that i saw) that was getting a refund because of how ridiculously long the wait time was. Not a single one of the workers apologized or even let me know that the wait would be long. I get that the food is fresh, but that is no excuse for taking an hour to prepare a burger and fries. This store definitely lost some customers today. You either need new management or better workers. I could’ve hunted my own cow and made 10 burgers from it and farmed some potatoes for fries in the time i was waiting. Absolutely baffling.
Our family Loves Farmer boys! But this Location is not a good one, they took no pride in their food . It arrived cold to our table my boys usually get the breakfast skillet ???? at this location no skillet just a cold plate super small portion pancakes were cold no butter. it looked so sad . My chicken bacon avocado sandwich had no cheese or bacon I had to ask for it, how do they miss that… Not coming back to this location
Not happy my fresh fruit mixed with my hot foods not cool. Zucchini are too big there not cooked all the way. I'm disappointed ????
