They have horrible customer service. They’re rude on the phone. One time when I had it delivered the delivery guy beat on my door so hard I thought it was the swat team outside. Placed an order last night for delivery and the guy asked where his tip was and I told him I left the tip on my card when I placed my order. How rude. I’m done with this establishment.
Food is horrible. The chicken fried rice did not have any carrots or peas like every other restaurant. Bourbon chicken was super slimey and hard. Would not ever eat here again.
We placed a large order tonight and it was horrible.. The rice was awful- not sure what the big clumps of black slimy stuff all throughout the rice was but not edible. Sadly, I recommended this place and it was just terrible. Needless to say after my friend spit her food out saying whoa this is bad, I will never order again : (
