Famous Sam's Sports Grill #17

We went there with a group of 5 on a Saturday night and it wasn't busy it was seat yourself and the server came quickly the food also came quickly and fresh it was good we got a hamburger and fries and a few drinks. We had no issues! Thank you!

Service slow. Looked like only 2 employees on duty. Took a while to tab out. Went there specifically to watch NBA finals . It took someone after my request, 10 minutes to locate channel. Only 1 screen out of some 20 screens total featured the game . That seemed odd for a sports bar. I'll make other plans for game 6.

First of all, I used to come here weekly I loved their food and always had good service. But the last two times, makes me question if I will be back. Poor service, no follow up, no offer for a menu. Once I ordered my boneless wings came frozen in the middle. Gross!! No remorse, no question as to if the could get me something else.
