Famous Dave's + Cowboy Jack's

Our first time eating here. We were not disappointed. My wife had bbq beef brisket with a salad. I had the brisket and chopped bbq pork. I added a sauce that wasn't as spicy as buffalo but still had a very nice kick. Music was a little loud, but overall, it was a nice dining experience. We look forward to eating here again. Next time, I'll try the hot wings.

Food is really good, but the menu is way too big. Cheese curbs were a very small portion for the price and not very good. Drinks were mostly ice and I had the most watered down long island I've ever been served. The waiter didn't fill our drinks even once, and he forgot part of my kids order. When I told him, it took him 20 minutes to come back to our table and then he forgot it again. Inside the restaurant the atmosphere is pretty good but I feel like if they turned the lights up we'd see just how dirty it is. Outside parking lot is run down and there's been an out of state car parked there for over a year with 3 years expired tabs. Seems like a poorly managed place unfortunately.

First off, the building is fantastic, the inside, very cool place they have here. I thought the food was good, the Brisket was amazing, for sure. The problem was I got the Brisket sandwich and my bun was rock hard… was not good so I threw the bun out and just ate the Brisket. So don’t get the sandwich, just the side of brisket. The service was good once we actually got our food, was a little slow but there were literally like 2 people running around… Company needs to hire more to help. Good spot, not sure I’ll be coming back, once was good enough for me. Nonetheless, good food.
