Family Restaurant 7th Street

I just ordered from this place and i did not get what was paid for i paid 48 dollars for a combo platter that came with white rice and red beans and three sides plus an order of fries and mangu, i got my mangu all smashed up with no cheese no onions no ham, also i did not receive my white rice or beans and i did not receive my fried sweet plantains. So they charged me 48 dollars for salad, baked pork, frenchfries and unfinished mangu. When i called the first time the lady said noone ordered anything from this address, when i called a second time they said i never ordered a combo, the lady was very rude and i dont recommend this place to anyone especially on saturdays.

I was looking for a Spanish spot to eat while visiting family down here. The food was good with nice sized portions and the price was excellent. The service was good although there was a little bit of a language barrier.

Location is shady, but the facility(and bathroom) is always clean. I’ve been here over 10 times and love their lunch specials UPDATE 10/1/2022: They up charge you if you don’t speak Spanish. This was the third and final time I got ripped off! Ask for the prices before you order
