Fait Maison Restaurant

Once again an absolutely exquisite meal and service. My wife and I had the tasting menu (I beg you, add the extra cheese course) and there was nothing we did not enjoy to the fullest. Compliments to the front of the house as well, they were engaging and explained all of our drinks and courses. Thank you for such a great evening!

My wife and I decided to celebrate our 21 year anniversary here. We do not normally spend this much on dinner, but it was well worth it. This was not just a meal, this was an experience. We opted for the chefs sampler and were not disappointed. The food was excellent and the atmosphere allowed us to slow down and enjoy ourselves without feeling rushed to leave. The service was second to none.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience dining at Fait Maison. Everything had such delicious flavors and was beautifully presented. The only reason for not rating a full five stars was that every course was served room temperature or luke warm at best. It would have been so much better had it been hot and food born illnesses thrive at room temperature. The other item that was really odd was their Redbreast Irish whiskey was not Redbreast. They assured me that they saw the bartender pour it, and if so, someone swapped the bottle contents with scotch. Redbreast has zero smoke flavor, but what I received was a smokey scotch. I assure you that I am not mistaken. I had a clean palate and I'm very familiar with the label as well as all of their offerings. In conclusion, although it was not perfect (nobody is), we would love to come back. As mentioned overall, it was a wonderful experience.
