I had high hopes for the meatball hero and as big and good-looking as it was, it fell far short on taste. For $15, I was expecting better quality. The sandwich was barely warm, there was a thick slice of unsalted mozzarella on the meatballs, not even somewhat melted. But the biggest disappointment were the meatballs. They were bland, hardly any distinctual seasonings to be tasted. They need to have more salt and garlic. I am not going to let this one disappointment keep me from trying their other items. But as popular as meatball heros are, you’d think they’d get those right
Chicken prosciutto hero was great! Will definitely come back soon.
It was fine, chicken parm. Called ahead so didn’t have to wait that long. Would not get again. Super busy and staff was nice. Just not worth it for me. Parking: Parking is tight, super busy right now (November)
