Liars and crooks! The website claims 15 dollar minimum order for delivery, plus 3 for delivery charge. A woman called me 10 minutes after placing my order claiming "It's 20 dollar minimum, you can order more egg roll. The new menu says 20." Skeptical, I went ahead and ordered more to meet the minimum, BUT I requested to have them give me a copy of this new menu as proof. The food arrives, and there's no menu, nothing. I called back exclaiming my issue and the woman had the audacity to say "I will text it to you. " No, not going to happen, I want a physical copy if it's new. She then went on to say if I'm not happy they'll take the food back, when I said I wanted my money back if they took it she said "No money back, we'll take the food. " And the delivery guy came BACK to my home knocking demanding the food back. I sent him away with the knowledge that if anybody from this business comes to my home again they'll be met with police. Great neighborhood takeout/Togo place! Generous portions, tasty meals, effective staff. High marks for the Chicken teriyaki, preparation is great! Every time! My 2yo and I love the steamed dumplings as well. Jalapeño beef / shrimp is a hit at the house too. Hot and sour soup better than most. Delivery is FAST, takeout is seamless. I am thankful to have them in the neighborhood.
