Eureka!

Me & my daughter ate here for lunch.I had the Cowboy Burger with sweet potato fries and my daughter had the Eureka! American Burger with shoestring fries. The food was delicious! Burgers were juicy & tasty! The only problem was we had to wait awhile to be seated and we waited along time to receive our food and it wasn't busy with alot of customers. Maybe they were short staff that day.

We picked this place based on the menu. We had the burgers and the steak salad. Everything was delicious. Fresh enough food to be filling. The server was nice and willing to give her option which we took and were happy. We will be back and recommend you try it. That being said parking may be an issue.

Eureka is stocked with a variety of cuisines but mostly comfort American style food. Drinks are tasty and range from mouth-puckering sweet to neat. I think the ambiance is nice—depending on which restaurant you actually go to. My personal opinion is the UTC mall location is best because you’ll want to snack after enduring the seemingly small mall which exhausts those with less stamina! All in, just be pleasant the mall host/hostesses endure a lot of entitled people’s! Cheers!
