Estampa Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse

For $56 per seat I have fairly high expectations. The filet was overcooked and flavorless. The sirloin was downright tough! I'd say their salad bar was fantastic, but I didn't pay $200+ for salad. Ribs were tough and flavorless. And we don't drink alcohol, which seemed to upset the staff. Speaking of the staff, is it normal to hire street rats who can't orate using business appropriate English? I wouldn't go back to this establishment if they offered me money to sit down and eat...

We had a good time. The servers were knowledgeable and kind. The food was good. Features: Some people wore mask. Mask have to be taken off to eat.

My first experience to Estampa Gaucha was with Tony and his networking event. The food was great and the staff was quick and so courteous. The connections I made over great food at the event were memorable and have brought me back to Estampa Gaucha again. I hope to have more events likes these in the future to share this hidden gem with others!
