Good healthy food with great variety. The reason for my 1 star is due to how long they take serve you now. From order to the moment the food gets to you is 45 minutes to an hour! Not exaggerating, I experienced this twice. And I didn’t show up during busy times. I don’t understand how they’re advertising for Thanksgiving now during September when they should really be attending the people showing up to their diner. I understand it’s not fast food, but we all take a moment to reflect Restuarant experiences (non fast-food), what is the average time it takes for your food to be at your table.

The food is almost always exceptional, but the service is equally lacking. We come here often because the food is almost always on point, and you get free nacho cheese, salsa, & chips. We go in knowing we are very likely to have poor service. This time, it took over 5 minutes for us to be greeted. We placed our drink order with our meal order since we already had figured out we wanted specials. We watched as other tables arrived and got their drink orders for over 10 minutes. As I got up to cancel our order so we could just leave, our food was coming out. I reminded the server that we never got our drinks. Refills were beyond slow. I went half my meal without a refill. After this visit we decided we will probably not return because service is rarely good here.

First visit. The place was recommended by a friend. Not fancy but they do have good breakfast fare. The waitress was fast and attentive. Homemade style salsas had great flavor. A small down home type restaurant. I will go back to try their lunches.
