Last time I order from these people. I placed an order at 1:35pm. I called back at 3pm since I had still not received my order. The receptionist (Natalie) said it would take them another 15-20 minutes for the order to arrive (didn’t even apologize). It was as if it was a normal occurrence. The delivery guy finally came at 3:20pm but had the wrong order. He apologized and told me that he delivered my order to the previous customer but that he would go and get it from them and then deliver it to me. I called the restaurant to request a refund. The receptionist tried to prevent me from cancelling the order and said the driver was on his way back with my order after picking it up from the store. When I told her that I did not want the food delivered because it had been nearly two hours and that I was aware that the order was delivered to the previous customer, she said she could not give me a refund because the manager was not in. My parents and I wanted to have a nice lunch with my nieces. It was raining pretty hard so on the way there we thought to take the pizza to go. I called and placed an order for takeout but by the time we got there, the rain settled down so my dad left us at the door and we went inside instead. As soon as I walked in I told the girl at the cash register that we decided to stay. She said we could not change our order so we had to bring the box of pizza over to the table. Because it was uncomfortable I asked the waiter if he could bring us the pedestal holder for the pizza and I ordered drinks he said you cannot order drinks since your original order is for takeout so he refused to bring us drinks or wait on us. I thought that that was the most God awful attention and ridiculous excuse not to serve us.

I use to come here often until I noticed that service went down. Not only was the food taking a hit by inflation (the cheese taste cheap and the meat gave my family food poisoning twice). My son wanted to go one day for the pasta and I went in with a half eaten sandwich from firehouse, they told me us either we left or I had to stop eating my sub ( mfamily of a toddler, 9 month baby and husband) I have never been so disrespected and treated rudely. The waiter felt so bad, he said it was strict orders from the owner. Never coming back
