This is such an amazing place! My 9 year old daughter and I love coming here before we head to the pool for a day of swimming. I highly recommend their shakes as they are filling and help curb sweet cravings. The staff is extremely helpful and positive. I'm so excited to have an Energy Spot here in Avon!
I've been there quite a few times since we moved into the neighborhood. I've had the cake batter shake, which was ok, then the strawberry banana and loved it! For protein shakes, they are delicious! Huge variety of delicious protein shakes and energy bombs! Employees are super friendly and helpful when you ask questions and the store has a very upbeat positive atmosphere. Nice to have this option for clean healthy protein shakes and energy drinks in Avon. Plus they offer a free workout on Wednesday evenings for anyone that wants to join in - bonus!! Superb customer service with a smile at this store!
