Emil's Tavern on Center

Relaxing outdoor patio area. Great specials and pricing on beers. Fried mushrooms were the best we've had any where thus far hands down. Wings were delicious get the Emils sauce. Pizza was just as good.

My wife and I visited on a Friday night and it was packed. My picture doesn't show it because I removed the people digitally for privacy reasons. It has lots of TV and a loud atmosphere. A great place for dates, families, or sports fans. We shared a thin crust pizza and it was one of the best I've had in the area and it heated up well in the microwave the next day. Not all pizza can do that. Beer menue was ok but could use more variety. I will definitely come back again.

As a bar, it's 5 stars, as a restaurant, it's 4.5 stars for a very minor flaw. If you're going for drinks, the huge, square middle bar with TV's everywhere is awesome all year round. During warmer months, the newly upgraded outdoor patio is even better. As a restaurant, it's great too - my only complaint being the munu is kind of boring and never changes. I'd love a bit more creativity and interesting menu items to go along with the normal bar fare. But, that's just me nit-picking. The food always tastes great, the service is excellent, and the beer is cold! 5 stars!
