Ember at We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort

It was my Birthday Thursday evening June 9th, and we wanted to go somewhere special so we chose "Ember" for a nice dinner. The ambiance was definitely there and the service was top notch I must say, but I gotta tell you the "Seafood Tower" was the highlight of the evening!. We ordered asparagus, and mashed potatoes as well and they were both cooked to perfection. The champagne was delicious as well. However, when the Seafood "Tower" arrived I was amazed, by how much seafood there was! I have consumed a lot of seafood Towers in my day but this particular one was a beast! Loaded with crab legs, oysters, mussels, jumbo shrimp, tuna, octopus, and other tasty delicacies, it truly was a meal fit for a King! we also enjoyed the 20 oz. rib eye, and Chilean sea bass, both super amazing! Tonight my wife and dined here. What a great experience we had! Jean was a great host, a constant professional in every way. The food is amazing and the Acorn squash is second to none. This time instead of standing in the entrance wondering what it’s like? Go inside, ask for Jean and be ready for a true 5 star night at Ember restaurant in the We-ko-pa casino.

The BEST experience. Professional staffing and a pleasure to talk to. Dennis is so fun to talk to about all of the wines and pairing is second to none! Great food. The chefs are determined to satisfy! I will always come back. I've already reserved my next dinner!
