Food is great, service well three time I have ordered to pick up and have extra time and still waited another 20 minutes. One time they gave my order to the wrong person.
I thought I ordered a Deep Dish pizza. This looks more like a pan pizza. What's going on Lou Malnati's?? Trying to save a few pennies and giving customers a pan pizza? You guys aren't turning into a local Pizza Hut, are you?
