Elm Fork Taphouse

The store was busy on a Friday night. Had about a 30 min wait. I had the fish tacos which were frankly a little dry and did not have a ton of flavor. That being said, my wife had the pork chops and WOW!!!! The chops were moist and tender. These were the most flavor packed pork chops I have ever had. We are definitely going back for the chops !!!

Had lunch with my wife there. I had the brisket tacos. It came with a jalapeño sauce that was a bit flavorless. The tacos were good but the brisket was a bit on the dry side. We also had the brisket queso and it was awesome. The service was great. Finished off lunch with the banana pudding. Had good flavor and it was a good size portion.

Omg, where do I start!? The fried ribs were excellent! The burnt ends were amazing! The service we received was top notch! The portions were big. After we worked on the 2 appetizers we ordered our main entrees arrived & we ended up taking half of them home. We will definitely be coming back here often.
