Ellen's Kitchen

Discovered Ellen’s on a work trip this week. Went two days in row. The restaurant is cheerfully decorated, and the staff are attentive and friendly. I was immediately waited upon my arrival. The coffee was amazing - I am usually a coffee house coffee girl, so this is high praise!. The food arrived quickly, and hit the spot. I asked for extra crispy bacon, and it arrived perfectly. I loved watching all the locals arrive in their groups; this must be the breakfast hot spot! Will definitely return when I travel back to this area. It may only be breakfast, but you will be well taken care of at Ellen’s!

Great place to eat breakfast if you're at Atlantic Beach. Very friendly service. Great omelettes. The only thing I feel like could be better is if they allowed vegetable substitution for hash browns. My sister thought this was the most amazing omelette she's ever eaten! (The boss's omelet). It was good. very casual. Wear toy shorts!
