Elephante

We went to Elephante for my mom’s birthday brunch and we were very impressed with the decor and ambience of this place. You have the choice of sitting in 2 dining areas (Garden or Sunset) and we chose to sit in the Sunset area which provided ocean views. We ordered the whipped eggplant appetizer with bread which was really tasty along with some pizza and pastas. The drinks here are great as well. My only complaint is that the bathroom system could be a bit nicer, but the rest of the restaurant makes up for this. If you want a fun and vibrant restaurant, then I highly recommend going here for a great brunch experience!

Could've eaten 50. comes with a sauce, not sure what, but it's delicious. Rigatoni Verde 9.5/10 This was my entree. No regrets. Very hardy and filling. I'm not a fan of overly al dente pasta, so for me, this was cooked to perfection. the sauce wasn't fully emulsified but still very creamy and amazing nonetheless. cacio e pepe 9.8/10 only had a few bites of this but it was my favorite of the pasta dishes. We came for lunch and participated in the $35 special—it was great! We got to try the pasta and the pizza, as well as the tasty apps and dessert. We also dined with a young child and her meal (the pasta) was also yummy. There weren’t any drink specials but everything else (I mean, have you seen the view?) was great!
