I was very disappointed in the food my party received at your establishment. Food was bland and warm at best. I ordered the fajitas that were hot but everything that I didn't want in or on my fajitas was on there. I asked for NO mushrooms, guacamole, pico and absolutely No tomatoes as I am allergic. I didn't send it back because people that had come in after us were getting their food before us. I picked around what I didn't want to eat because I don't like it or couldn't eat and kept my epi pen close by. I have never had such a awful experience at you establishment. Dietary restrictions: The kitchen cooks paid absolutely no attention to my order of what I did or couldn't have on or in my food.
I ordered a pick 3 with beans. I received a pick 2 and 1 side all mixed up in one small container. I ordered a steak el cuatrero and it was thrown on top of the refried beans and rice. Why wasn't my food packaged separately and why was I missing food?! This was my second time trying this place. Definitely on my list of places to avoid after wasting $33 on a meal that wasn't worth $10.
My meal, Carne Asada, was fine. I asked for black beans instead of refritos, but refritos came anyway. Asked for a side salad (for an upcharge), but it never came. Also asked for corn tortillas, but flour tortillas came instead. Not sure if it was staffing or just a bad day, but I wish the server had been a little more attentive. I had a mojito that was a little short on both lime and mint, and a "Jalisco Mule" which was good. Not bad altogether, but not sure that I would go back.
