Unfortunately things have gone sour here. The food is abysmal, and expensive to boot. I asked for a side of Guac and beans and each side was $7.….. the couple next to us was so unamused they got up after trying their drinks and left. It's rough when a place you used to love falls off.
This was my favorite place in Robbinsdale and couldn't wait to go back since they finally reopened. We went last night and service was normal and slow, but since the new owners took over all of the prices have doubled. 3 tacos are $16 for a tiny scoop of meat. Portions are half the size and they make you pay $2.00 for extra chips. I am so disappointed. Not going back anytime soon. :(
The servers were very pleasant but my burrito/enchilada combo was bland - even to a Minnesotan. The ground beef barely seemed seasoned. It wouldn't be my fist choice if I was seeking Mexican food in the future.
