Me and my wife ordered the carne asada and it tasted like week old leftovers. Sorry excuse for Mexican food. Do yourself a favor and go find a taco stand it will be cheaper and way better quality.
Went to this Pasadena, El Torito's due to their e mails, promoting $8 Saturday Breakfast. I had the Carne Asada & Eggs, my Wife had the Chilaqilles. Both plates were Great and decent portions. Will return to try other plates.
I really enjoyed this location. It has so many good happy hour options! Best ???? place around town. I took some pictures. All of the food was amazing! It was all fresh, flavorful and juicy. I would write about each item individually but all items I ordered were just great. I'm actually glad I came here honestly. You'll have to try it for yourself . I mean one small con is that the birria tacos meat was not distributed evenly on all 3 tacos. One didn't have anything maybe a string of meat or 2. But the 3rd taco had a clump of meat. A little adjustment but the food was all really good even if it was missing some meat. U should Def come by and try this!
