If I could I wouldn’t even leave one star. When I called to place an order over the phone the girl who answered barely had patience to provide me the details on their family packages. She gave me a specific price for what I wanted so I placed my order. When I went to pick it up some of the food she had told me I would receive in the package was missing. I asked to speak with the manager (who I later found out was the owner himself) told me sorry he couldn’t do anything about it. He said I have the option to cancel my order completely or take the food. He refused to clean up the false advertisement his employee made. The manager (owner) told me if I had my own business I would understand. Now for one it’s not about having a business I completely understand how that works, this situation is about how you are treating your customers. This man obviously is lacking customer service skills. Some advice for this man “If you don’t know how to treat your customers then don’t own a business.

Best Tortilla soup DELICIOUS AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF

Let’s start off with the store bought tortillas heated up to a crisp, eggs were over cooked after asking for them undercooked. Ordered a carnita n bean burrito, they forgot the beans. Waiter was not available when needed. It is safe to say, we will not return.
