El Terco Seafood

We should have read the reviews which would have helped us avoid the bad experience! Our waitress looked like she didn't like her job. On top of that, when you walk in it smells like sewage mixed with some type of a cleaning chemical. It was our first time here and right away she wanted to take our order; we asked for a few minutes to review the menu. Well she never came back so we had to wave her down. The food was good but it will never be good enough to make up for the bad service. The waitress took our order, we got our food, and she never came back! As business owners and managers, we must learn to identify these issues and correct them right away.

To start off with.... the sweet tea taste like dirty dish water ???? the service was trash, not once did she come and offer refills ???? we left with a nasty taste in our mouth. I will never return to this disgusting place ???? this restaurant deserves zero stars, but was forced to add at least one to post my opinion.

Fresh seafood, casual ambiance, Spicy Shrimp plate comes with rice,salad and tortilla. Missing a cup of seafood soup which is served complimentary in seafood restaurants in this region.
