This restaurant is a hole in the wall Mexican restaurant and totally worth it. I can’t speak much on the sit down restaurant part of it but the bar and Ricky is what makes this place a home away from home. Ricky the bartender is amazing he is a hard worker and a amazing server. The drinks are consistently good and he cares about the quality of food and the time it takes to reach your table. If your looking for a place to relax and have a good time there is no place like El taps. You will not regret it. Shout out to the cooks too their food is always so good.

Always hot tortilla chips with chilly salsa, quick friendly customer service. Excellent chile relleno! I've been dinning at this restaurant for years! Back again for Sunday dinner. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was upbeat and friendly. Service was excellent and I enjoyed a hot, cheesey chillie relleno and chicken enchilada with rice and cheesey refried beans. I added a blended margarita with salted rim.
