Awful customer service. I've been a customer since I was a teenager. Sadly ownership has changed. The lady taking order is very rude. And also got charged 15 dollars for 2 quesadillas and 3 taquitos. Awful!! Never again. If the customer service was friendly I probably wouldn't mind coming back but no thanks!
Food terrible. Worst driedup burrito ever had! Avoid this place at all costs. Waste of money. Waste of time. Should have realized it was bad. We were only customers here from 11.30 to 12.oo
when the el taco in florence in downey has a solid crew working their food is on point. tonight was not a solid crew. sept. 15 2022 went about 530 pm and no bueno. did not get receipt to verify order, order was wrong and got a song and dance about system being down. i think people that cannot work in a public setting that caters to all walks of life should not even try to work in such.
