El Rey De La Papa Y La Paisa

Went in for lunch and it wasn't that busy. Had some garlic bread and the mini paisa. It was really good and the portions were great. The beans were some of the best I've had in a while.

Authentically great food with so much flavor and lots of options to choose from. Great customer service and a killer dessert menu!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The food took forever to get, including simple empanadas, none of us liked our meals and they were mostly burnt, the manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. I requested a different dish all together because the steak with onions was absolutely disgusting and I could barely eat one bite of it, the manager’s response to that was that that was the meal I picked and it basically wasn’t her problem. That if she took that meal back she would be paying for my meal (that was basically left untouched because of how awful it tasted.) Her response to us getting our meals so extremely late (I finally received mine when everyone else was basically done with theirs) was that the kitchen was behind and that a different table also got theirs after a long wait and they were being “understanding” implying that I wasn’t. I’ve never had an issue in any restaurant and I’m not a picky person, but the management and food here is TERRIBLE. Please don’t was
