El Rancho Nuevo

We try and Visit a different Mexican Restaurant every time we eat out. I had a dentist appointment in the same plaza as this place so why not. Well the server acted like he was uncomfortable with me as soon as I walked in, whatever I get that a lot being in St charles county it is what it is. But they brought out burnt chicken nuggets for my son and we asked if they could replace them with a side of shrimp, he said no problem. Brought the shrimp out and it was like 20 shrimp for a child and charged me $12 without even letting me know that it would be an extra charge. When I asked him about he got an attitude so I just proceeded to tip him accordingly! And we will never be back

The management and food quality was excellent, especially their in-house homemade tortilla chips! One of our servers, who was obviously new, did not understand English well. So, we had to ask the manager for more chips and salsa, but the meal itself was worth the minor hiccup in the service! Great food! Good service! Affordable price! Gracias!!!:) We returned to El Rancho Nuevo tonight, 10-04-22, for a dinner with our youngest son and his wife and two girls! We had a great meal, wonderful service, and superb margaritas!!!:) Eating out for six was a little pricy for us, but absolutely worth it!!!:) Kid-friendliness: There were lots of clean high chairs available, and they had a kid-friendly menu! Parking: Lots of parking available Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking and entrance, and ADA compliant

Lunch and service was exceptional! By far one on the best Mexican restaurant is the area. They even had Apple trees in the landscape. I picked two apples and had myself a snack later that evening. Parking: Parking lot had a drive thru for convenience. Wheelchair accessibility: Available
