El Ranchito Mexican Restaurant

I went to El Ranchito restaurant today in White Settlement. I ordered the chicken chimichanga dinner. It was so hard to cut with a knifebl and fork. I had the waitress take it back. I told her I did not want anything else. It came time for my friend to pay the check. She charged him for his and mine. I argued with the lady. I asked her if she was the manager. She said yes. And she was very rude and has the nerve to tell Mr they don't like wasting foof

Very horrible customer service. Called in my order, I was told it'll be a 15minute wait. I left my house after 20 minutes and arrived at the restaurant to just be told that it'll be another 15 minute wait for the food. Just to get chased by the cashier clerk; asking for her receipt. I told her it was by the cash register where I paid for the food. She then proceeded to go back inside and when she gave me the food it was cold. And upon arrival at home and revealing the food, I had the chicken enchiladas and they were cold and there was water underneath, which made the tortillas soggy. My friend had the torta which was also horrible. Order 3 meals and it was the worst Mexican restaurant I have had. Save yourself the trouble and don't experience what I just went through today. Would give 0 stars but have to give 1 to leave this review.

Quaint little restaraunt with Mexican food fare. Menu is confusing because it has too many items not sorted in simular categories making things difficult to find. Food was great, but our server could have been nicer and more efficient. Might return in the future.
