El Ranchero Express

Mind blown, so bomb!!! Born and raised in Central California, moved to Knoxville a year ago. We've been searching for really good authentic Mexican food for a year, and this awesome hole in the wall DELIVERED! We had asada street tacos and added sour cream and SHREDDED cheese (gtfo with the queso stuff). The corn tortillas were so fresh, you could tell they were handmade. The asada was seasoned to perfection, and the variety of mild, medium, and spicy salsa was great and so tasty! Service was friendly and fast. Should have taken a photo of our food, but we smashed it so fast. Can't wait to go back!

I’ve eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. It’s right off the interstate, so easy to access. It’s the old Sonic you can’t miss it. Ask for the fajita quesadilla, be hungry! I highly recommend it. Next time I come I’ll take pictures. Love this place!

I will say that that the lady who took our order was very nice. However... I ordered street tacos, the meat was dry, they limes were so dry that they flaked apart when I tried to squeeze them. Then our chips were stale, and the cheese dip tasted like it was tostitos from a microwave. The rice was cold and had no flavor. And the portions were small, even for takeout. Sorry, I dont really recommend this place.
