The food is a solid B+. Buuuuuut….They charge for more than one hot sauce ramekin per to-go item ordered? The last time I ordered to-go food, it srsly took 37 mins for my 3 items. There were only 2 tables dining in house. No explanation; no apology. There are other, kinder, more efficient taco shops in the area with comically better customer service. I never try to besmirch small businesses, but this one sadly earns its one star. Sorry.
Blue plastic in the rice. Thick blue acrylic plastic. Was told it was from the twist tie on the cilantro. This was the size and thickness of a fake pinky finger nail painted in a very different blue from the twisty tie that the waiter or GM or whoever showed me. Then told me the only cooks are men. No finger nails. Yeah lol the cooks chop and prep all the produce.,. Ok. He took that order off of the tab hesitantly. I want to go back there because the food is amazing. Hiya. Been going there at least 3 years now. Deleted my 5 star review and am posting this 1 star. Sad. We'd go back if it was handled differently.
Eaten here many times indoor ordering and food is very good. Take out is a disaster. Worst food ever and forgot an entire dinner. Had to drive back 25 minutesto get my missing order and never even apologized. I had to ask for a free order of chips and guacamole...the chillies rellenous was mushy soggy slop as well. Very disappointed. Eat in...dont do take out...
