If I could give no stars I would..The customer service is terrible..To many females employees standing around chit chatting, and ignoring customers..They seem raciest they make sure they wait on there own first..They will stand there staring at you talking about you in Spanish..I had an online order, and it wasn't even ready for pick up..They had plenty of time to get the order ready....Another time I went there I ordered a Original Pollo Bowl and it had chicken bones in it luckily I seen it..There entry doors are nasty hand prints all over they need to clean there doors..I won't be ordering from this El Pollo Loco anymore..
Bought $40 worth of salads and they left out half the ingredients. Therefore, I paid $40 for basically greens and cheese.
I get the regular chicken tostada. I dump all of the sauces that it comes with and enjoy every bite. They are consistently good.
