I came here bc I wanted a tostada salad. The customer service is unlike any other ele poolo loco here. They price adjusted my order bc I did not get all the extras on the item. They also came around to ask if everything was ok. They take pride in their work. They are feeding people . They do it happily you can taste the customer service in their food . Facility is clean and they are always smiling. So glad I came into this one. I will always come to this location Vegetarian options: They will remove meat items and beans are vegetarian
FASTEST SERVICE EVER. got my food before I could hand my credit card…….. amazing
Very clean & well kept areas to sit at. Employees, (especially FERNANDA) are so friendly & helpful & patient! Prices aren't outrageous like other Chicken Fast Food places! Great to go have "alone" time & relax and enjoy great tasting food! ????
