Better than D street in Moreno Valley. Minus on star for the salad bar closed. Hope all Pollo Locos opened it soon
Worst El pollo loco I've ever been. The drive through girl on 10/4/22 at 5pm was rude as hell. Then picked up the Chile with her gross hand and threw them in the bag unwrapped. Then as I'm driving down the road I open my burrito and it's basically a big pile of mush. I basically tossed the whole meal,called it a loss then went and got another order from an El Pollo loco down the street. Which had way better service and a burrito that I could actually eat! If People don't know how to be nice and friendly they shouldn't be working in customer service! Service in America has gone downhill!
This is how I get my burrito and the salsa is bad , so disgusting!!! Paid $9 for this . And didn’t give me a receipt.
