Worst pollo loco I have ever been to. The burritos aren't completely wrapped, always long lines, chicken gets burned, avocado is served brown. This is the 4th time I have been served a burrito without rice and beans, and very little chicken. One time I was told I would have to wait an hour for any chicken orders, and this was around 4pm... worst worst
I ordered delivery once from here... Never Again. The chicken was so greasy worse than KFC. As if they threw it into a deep fryer. Not grilled Chicken. That's pathetic.
Ordered 1 BRC’s with chicken added and 1 street taco. Was charged for extra BRC. Got refunded but it was just refund for BRC without meat added. Never again this location, managers can’t even run a simple cash register.
